To my ear this second instalment from The Valley has quiet a strong Heavy Pop overtone. (Think Torche) This isn’t a worse The Valley, nor is it a better one. It’s just different; a The Valley from a parallel universe that is subtly altered. A progressive transformation if you will. They still provide those catchy hooks and infectious grooves that will get your foot tapping every time. I have to say that I still love their stuff.
Garage punk/stoner hybrid played with loads of passion and enthusiasm. This has an almost contagious energy about it that makes you wanna leap about the room and at my age that can be dangerous!
Favorite track: death star gunner.
